Recipes

Here we love devising recipes that are often vegan, often contain forage foods and herbs and are sometimes just gloriously yummy. They are all really easy to make and show that healthy food can be tasty, look good and can be very easy to put together. The skincare recipes and salves are also easy, free of additives and preservatives and feed you from the outside; we feel that if you would not eat it then why rub it on your skin (with the exception of the essential oils included, we do not recommend eating those). Some recipes such as the face pack mousse are equally good to eat or use for the skin, which might seem strange at first but makes sense when you think about it.
